How to disable the slide in cart on mobile?

Hi there,

We are having trouble with our slide-in cart being empty all the time on mobile, despite having products in the cart. If we go directly to the cart page, all the items are there, but if we use the cart button on mobile, the slide-in cart is empty.

Is there a way to fix this so that the cart items display in the slide-in cart?

If not, can we disable the slide-in cart on mobile altogether? We can just have the cart button on mobile go directly to the cart page?

We have experienced this issue on both WPEngine and Cloudways, so I’m not sure what we can do to fix this issue. Your help is much appreciated.

Please deactivate the plugins not related to the theme so that we could check the issue. Or confirm the permit for us to disable the plugins for the period of testing (15-20 minutes) not to leave the site without plugins for a long time.

Got it! Thanks for the suggestion. The plugin that was causing the issue was “Disable Cart Fragments”. It’s all fixed now. Thank you!
