Go to >> Dashboard >> WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Your default header >> Edit Header Bottom>> Edit the row and add the border bottom from the colors tab inside the row settings.

Hi,
Go to Dashboard > WoodMart > Header Builder > there edit the Header Layout that you have set on your Site > in that add an HTML Block element to your required position in Header i.e. Top, Main or Bottom.
To add information under a header in WoodMart, you can use the text block element in the page builder.
Go to the page where you want to add the information under a header.
Select the “Text Block” element from the list of available elements.
Enter your header text in the “Text Block” element.
To add information under the header, simply type your content in the text block below the header.
