if possible, please add it from your side.
To add them on the home page, you need to go Dashboard -> Pages -> edit your home page with Elementor and add the Brands element. There, you can configure it to be displayed as grid or carousel depending on your needs.

You can change them in WordPress dashboard -> Products -> Attribute -> configure terms for the brand attribute.
