The is no way in the WoodMart theme to make a similar Header categories menu as in the Hitek theme, unfortunately. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.

Judging by your screenshot, you already have an appropriate menu, so you should define it in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Sticky categories menu (check the below screenshot).
