How to edit cart checkout page?I want ot delete one of them,because they both are the same function.pls check the attach

If below is what you are looking for..

I think you may want to remove one of the buttons on the Cart page. If you prefer Not to show the PayPal button on Cart page, then from Dashboard, please go to Woocommerce > Settings > Payments.

Then click on Title named as PayPal, where you can see PayPal based settings.
Scroll down until you see the “Cart” section. There you can find an option named Button on Cart.

Please un-tick or deselect this and then Hit “Save Changes” button, as shown here-
