How to edit checkout fields?

Hello!
I have a plan to make custom checkout fields for the site, where customers can specify a “courier” or “on-site” delivery method. When the customer selects courier, there will be a time that can be selected.

In this webpage is the great example what I want.

Checkout is the Woocommerce template and functionality. Our theme does not have any option or influence.

So I suggest you adjust these fields via the below plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-checkout-manager/
