How to edit or remove fields checkout page

Hello,
I want to remove some fields from checkout page and change the text to some of them.
For example instead of two separate fields with Name and Family Name I want to edit it to just one field with text Name.
AlsoI want to remove some other fields and change text.
How do I do this?

Checkout is the Woocommerce template and functionality. Our theme does not have any option or influence.
