How to edit Permalinks

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to edit the permalinks for product category pages etc

For example, I would like to change the below:

Current permalink – https://theslowlivingcompany.co.uk/product-category/vegan/

I would like it to be – https://theslowlivingcompany.co.uk/vegan/

Current Permalink – https://theslowlivingcompany.co.uk/shop/bamboo-safety-razor/

I would like it to be – https://theslowlivingcompany.co.uk/bamboo-safety-razor/

Is it possible to change these? If so could you please advise how?

Permalinks are configured in Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks. Our theme does not any option.
