How to edit "show Sidebar" Text

I want to customize the sidebar for Mobile like I don’t wanna show the “category”. The customer should Just see the “Filter”. I also want to edit “Show Sidebar” Text.

You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3
Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.
Please provide your shop page URL will provide custom CSS to hide the categories on mobile.

Categories are translated just in the widget. Find this widget in Appearance > Widgets > Shop page widget and Product categories, replace the text in the title.
This page is built with the third parties’ plugin I have never dealt with. I can hardly help.
