In the video that you have provided the user can directly edit the element in elementor however I need something that I can edit globally for all of my products What I mean is I need to edit the template. Also I can not directly edit it from products this may be due to the fact that I imported all of my products from an xml file.

If you want to edit the whole template then Go to Layouts > edit Single Product Layouts.
If you want to edit the value for all products then you can edit the separate product in the edit product page.
