The categories created under the Products >> categories are displayed on the page title.

If you are trying to ask anything else then please provide me with some relevant screenshots of the specific area you want to edit it to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

To enable or disable the Categories under the Page Title, you need to go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Product archive > Page Title > Categories > there you can enable or disable the Categories under Page Title: https://ibb.co/2ytWdYQ

As far as their Icons editing is concerned, for that you need to go to Dashboard > Products > Categories > there edit the Category > under that you will find the options of adding or removing Icon.
