How to Enable and Show Product Last Update on Product View Page

I am looking to show the Last Update option on under the short description of every product,
Can you please help me related to this
if possible please provide quick solution

Yes, you can add the content after the short description area at once for all the products from the Theme Options >> PRODUCT PAGE >> Before “Add to cart button” text area.
