How to Enable Coupon Field on Cart Page but Hide It on Checkout

I would like to enable the coupon field on the cart page, but ensure that it does not appear on the checkout page. Ideally, I would like to achieve this without using CSS to hide it, as I prefer a solution via settings, hooks or any other method provided by WooCommerce or the theme.
Is there a way to achieve this?

Sorry, but there is no option available for that in Theme Settings. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
In general, that field comes from WooCommerce and our theme cannot influence the Coupon Field.
