How to enable Mobile Footer for Retail template in Woodmart theme?

I want to activate Mobile Footer for Retail template in Woodmart theme but I am unable to find a way. How to enable the footer as it’s shown in the image below.

Hello,

This option is provided in the Theme Settings > General > Mobile navbar buttons. You can enable and configure the navbar to show the buttons as per your needs.

How can I change the cart button icon from a cart to a bag instead?
