How to get the footer shown in default template?

i had some issue with the widget section and your department made some changes in my admin panel, however I am not able to get back my footer section, as after the changes, the footer went back to the normal view.
The footer which I want on my site is this :

But right now my site footer is this :
https://www.sunnshinehk.com/
Please help.
The footer which i want is in my HTML Blocks under :
[html_block id="3602"]
Footer Retail, but I am not able to put on my site.
