How to get the WPML activated?

I have just purchased the woodmart theme from themeforest and i need to know.
How can i use the WPML? I think, its not included in the theme file.
what should i do? I am going to have this website in two different langauge (not english at all)
and also, second concern is:
How to activate the Slider Revolution, it asks me to activate.

Our theme is 100 % compatible with WPML, however this plugin has not been included in the theme pack, so you will have to purchase the license.
