How to height light content heading

I created page buyers help area its url in private area
All content of page links are in footer buyers help area as in screenshot when user click on its link In footer it redirect them to there content heading I want to make that heading blue or heilighted
How to do that
For clarification i attach two screenshot first sceenshot have all links
Second scrreshot is of content and heading which i want to make blue or highlighted when user get there

I saw the screenshot you attached.
Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
