How to Hide categories

Hello, When i am pressing any categories, there is all this categories shown , how can i hide this categories?

from where can i disable it?

p.s i want to hide all other categories that will be displayed, i find answer that if there is be Filled categories with products, will be show that categories, i want to hite all even if will be filled or not.
