How to hide the bottom menu in mobile devices?

is it possible to hide the bottom menu on mobile devices on the whole site
(shop, filters, cart, my account – add screenshot)

Yep, the mobile bottom navbar is defined via Theme Settings -> General -> Mobile bottom navbar, hence to be able to hide it, turn off the “Enable Sticky navbar” option.
