How to hide the product categories under the title in the shop page?

Hi,
I am trying to hide the categories because I have used many categories and it doesn’t look good under the title of every product in the page shop or in the product archive pages.
How do I hide the categories under the title?

In order to hide those categories, please navigate to Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Page title and turn off the “Categories in page title” option.

Sorry but what does the menu have to do with the categories showing under the title? I selected the menu and still I can see the categories under the product title.
I want to hide categories showing under the product title, I have disabled the option on the Woodmart settings but I am still seeing the categories.
