jingyansuParticipantHow can i disable the up arrow on my site?? see screenshot.
I have one more question:
There is a plugin called meow apps in my dashboard. I want to know, did it come with your theme’s plugin bundle. See screenshot. If not, it must have been from the old theme as i had similar plugin installed with the previous theme, in that case, i would remove that.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Navigate to the Theme Settings > Footer > disable to top button.
The plugin you show does not relate to our theme.
Best Regards

jingyansuParticipantThank you for your message.
It says, “it creates the image files required by the High-DPI and it displays them to your visitors accordingly. Your website will look beautiful and crisp on every device!”
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-retina-2x/Look at my site, do you think i will have same output without this plugin? If so, i can remove it.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
This plugin does not make the theme view better or worse. It concerns images only and you would better know if you need it or not.
Best Regards

jingyansuParticipantYes, we may proceed.
I am facing this problem while updating any blogs and clicking on the preview. This is happening, while my 5 members team is working together. Then the CPU resource use skyrocket.
Let me know, if you need anything else.
Thank you.

jingyansuParticipantAs per my conversation with my host, they are downngrading my account for smoother operation.
In the mean time, kindly do not make any changes with the site. Better, if you don’t login.
Thank you for your understanding.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
According to host letters, all these files are not from our theme
8369 /home/techyuga/public_html/index.php 5508 /home/techyuga/public_html/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 1267 /home/techyuga/public_html/geekyviews.com/index.php 631 /home/techyuga/public_html/wp-cron.php 470 /home/techyuga/public_html/kittytok.com/index.php 390 /home/techyuga/public_html/geekyviews.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 334 /home/techyuga/public_html/xmlrpc.php 219 /home/techyuga/public_html/wp-admin/post.php 131 /home/techyuga/public_html/geekyviews.com/wp-cron.php 96 /home/techyuga/public_html/webadiz.com/index.php
You need to disable all external plugins and ask your hosting provider to check it again. Also, check how it works with default WordPress theme like twentysixteen. Currently, we don’t see any information that may tell us about something wrong with the theme.
