How to implement 4 column prefooter widget with instagram?

Hi,

I saw a prefooter element that contains 4 columns and an instagram feed in the 4th column. How can I get the same effect in my theme as shown here:

The widget I want is called “PREFOOTER WITH TWITTER AND INSTAGRAM WIDGET”

It’s no clear on how to get that on to a page or even to appear right above the footer on all my pages.

Prefooter content can be added to the field “HTML before footer” in Theme Settings -> Footer. We suggest you to create an HTML Block in the Dashboard with the content you need (including instagram element). Then, just place this block’s shortcode to the prefooter field.
