The registration form is configured in Woocommerce > Settings > Accounts and Privacy, if you need more option, you would better to find a plugin.

I found a plugin called ARMember plugin for users access management for my website.
I need your help in order to change the Create Account and Register button link to custom Registration forum link (Page).
I have attached the screenshot for your reference.
