Exporting is easy…click export settings and it creates a json file. But I do not understand how or where to import those settings? I click import and the page refreshes, it doesnt ask me which file to import

Related – So if I make a change to the theme settings or if I update the theme or import a template and it causes my theme settings to change, I can import the exported json file and it will return the original settings I had when exported?

    Thank you

    Hello,

You need to copy the content from the imported file and place to the textarea before you click on “Import” button https://gyazo.com/ee69e72fbe034d3062bdcf8c7d125098

Yes, you can import previously exported settings at any time.

    Kind Regards

    Thank you.
    Unrelated question.
    I have 2 licenses.
I currently use one on my main live site, and I use one on a live site for testing.
On my main live site, I plan on switching the setup – instead of 1 main domain hosted by wordpress that has both main site and ecommerce, I am switching to 2 sites on 2 different word press installs, but both still under the same domain name in a subfolder of main domain – domain.com and domain.com/shop.

Do I need i license for each site, or can I share 1 license for both since they are under the same domain.

    Thank you

If these websites are actually the same project but one for development purposes then you can use one license. But if they are completely different projects then you have to purchase one license per website.
