Actually, the Revolution Slider always works a bit slower than other sliders because it has too many effects, styles, and scripts.
You are able to use some light sliders instead if this performance is not ok for you.

Could you please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Because the comments moderation is WordPress functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
