I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Shop >> Sidebar & Page title and set the sidebar width.

But I need width between MEDIUM and LARGE

Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.sidebar-container {
    max-width: 250px;
}

You can set the value according to your needs.
