How to insert Homepage based on theme again

While working on the site, the homepage got destroyed, do not know when and it was to late to recover.
Now I would like to reinstall a homepage in theme settings, with the theme header and footer.
How can i do this.
Currently all new homepages do not come with header and footer… and also miss the minicart plugin (right sidebar popup) when put an item in the basket.
