HOW TO KEEP THE TOP MESSAGE SHOWN ONCE LOADED

    Dear,

    On my website, I have a banner at the very top. The thing is that it loads with my website, fine. But everytime the users navigate, the banner is first hidden and then is appears.

    I mean, the dynamic is not needed for each and every page! When the user load 1 time the website, there can be the dynamic. But when the user naviguates, the banner can remain displayed.

    Navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > header banner > disale “close button”

    I just did. Note that switching this parameter “OFF” still shows the close button on the home page. But not in other pages. Is that correct?

    Hello,

    No, it is not correct. The close button disappears from all the pages provided this option is set “OFF”

    I have checked now again and confirm. Check your plugins again.
