There is no option to limit the number of swatches. We can limit the block containing the swatches and they will be cut, for example, we can try to make two rows visible. Please provide your page URL if you want custom CSS. if your site is under maintenance, please provide your site admin access.

Unfortunately, the modification you want requires complicated Woocommerce customization what is not covered by our support. You have activated a quick shop and they should be all visible for choice.
