How to link HTML Bock "categories" with menu page

Hi,
How do I link the HTML bock “categories” with the main page?
See “sieraden” in the menu, “armbanden” is the subcategory.
If I click on the subcategory “armbanden” it doesn’t go to the link: http://r28.012.myftpupload.com/product-categorie/sieraden/armbanden/
Where can I add the link?

Mega menu (HTML block) is available only for Category menu in the Main menu http://prntscr.com/k6mivd
1. Create your Category menu in Appearance > Menu
2. Enter each menu item and add HTML ID into Description field http://prntscr.com/k6mjbh
If you do not see the Description field in the menu item, make sure you have set Full Widths or Set Size http://prntscr.com/k6mjj6
Besides check your screen options and enable all http://prntscr.com/k6mjol

I managed to create the subcategories (Armbanden, Kettingen, Oorbellen, Ringen).
But I’m I don’t know where I can link these subcategories pages to the categories items in the shop?
I tried to upload again the screenshot.

If you have added the submenu to menu item HTML block will not be shown. Please find here instruction on how to create the mega menu.
