How to make appear logo bigger?

For the past 2 days I’ve been struggling with finding the right dimensions for my logo. When uploaded, the logo always appears small than it’s dimensions. What could be the reason?

That solution strangely didn’t work. Tried both enlarging and decreasing and the size stayed the same. Also, purged cache from CloudFlare.
