How to make banners suitable for tablets and phones?

I used WoodMart Slider to edit the banner, but it doesn’t seem to automatically adapt to both tablet and mobile devices. I added backgrounds for both tablet and mobile devices in the Slider, but it didn’t work. How much do I need to adjust the background image size for both tablet and mobile devices? Or is there a problem with my settings? At present, the width of the background image on the tablet is 1030PX, and the width of the background image on the mobile phone is 770PX

Hello,
Try to edit the slides with page builder and check the responsive settings. Try to use the different sizes of images for desktop and mobile.
Navigate to Slides > Edit Slide > In the bottom of the slide check the slide settings for different devices.
