How to Make billing address and shipping address to be the same

Hello
I only want shipping address from my customer. When I disabled checkout fields two things happened.
1- Customer mail is not registered in system so he doesn’t have account.
2- Payment gateway wanna his billing data so, customer has to fill hiss billing data again.

What I want is to make customer enter his shipping data once and make Payment gateway read it as his billing address. In another way make it by default shipping and billing address are the same in front of customer and payment gateway.

OR

Rename current Billing address title to be shipping address and hide ship to another address section

So if you have a code that might help me I would be grateful

The checkout is the Woocommerce functionality and our theme does not influence. You will have to find a plugin or customize Woocommerce.
