How to make category in a menu not to redirect to any page.

I want to make menu button BRANDS non click.

As now when we click it sends it to some page. What I need is that people hover on it and choose brands.

I have visited the URL you provided. If you want to make the categories menu item non clickable then you need to create and use a custom link and set it without an URL.
