How to make Elementor recognize “product_brand” instead of “pa_brend”?
-
Hello,
I am using standard WooCommerce brands (product_brand
) instead of WoodMart brands (pa_brend
).
On the brand page, I want to categorize all brands alphabetically and add a brand widget for each letter. To do this, I need to manually select the relevant brands in the widget.
However, I noticed that Elementor only finds WoodMart brands (pa_brend
) and does not recognize WooCommerce brands (product_brand
).
My questions:
- How can I make Elementor search for brands in product_brand instead of pa_brend?
- Is there a setting or a way to change the brand taxonomy used in the Elementor widget?
I also considered using WoodMart Brands, but they are not supported in WooCommerce coupons, which is why I need to work specifically with product_brand
.
Thank you for your help!
Best regards,
Mila
Hello,
Send access to the admin panel so I can check what is wrong there.
I await your response.

Hi Luke,
I’ve created access to the site. You need to try to select brands manually in the box marked in the screenshot.
Thank you

Hello,
Navigate to WoodMart -> Patcher and apply the 646490
patch to fix that issue.
Then check how it works and let me know.
