Do you want to remove these filters, if so, add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global:

#WOODMART_Widget_Price_Filter,
#WOODMART_Widget_Sorting{
display:none;
}

You can add more filters in Appearance > Widgets > add the widgets to the Filter widget area https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/

This is the Woocommerce feature and our theme does not influence it.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for us to check.
