    Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

You need to create a separate menu with menu and sub-menu items as the mobile menu do not support mega menu blocks: https://gyazo.com/783fad1d9de81865bb8bbf603b611e71

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated leave the plugins deactivated for us to check and provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

You need to create a separate Product category menu without Mega menu blocks: https://gyazo.com/5620b18c31136e40b4f2f31d0cc97a4e

You need to set “Default” in the menu items for mobile menu.

I’ve set each tab’s Design to Default and it still doesn’t work. Nothing has changed. Can you test it and do it on my website?

Perfect! Thank you, it works now. Could you please let me know, how can I set it up now in such a way that on the mobile categories will work as they do now but on the desktop, the mega menu will be displayed?

    Hello,

You need to create two separate menus: one for mobile, it is ready now, and clone this menu, set “Set size” or “Default” and assign one in the Mobile menu and another to the Product category element in the desktop view.
