How to make product picture smaller on shop and product page?

I started to add products and I will have a lot of vertical photos. In the link you can see how it looks between your demo products. How to make this my product picture it the same width as yours and not cropping it? What are the options to make it appear smaller? The same for single product page. I read documentation about this issue and I changed some picture size settings in Woocommerce (under Appearance), but nothing changed. Please advise options. I will have a lot products so to change every picture in photoshop will be super time consuming.

The image size in the product page can be configured in the Theme Settings > Single Product > Images.
As for the product grid, the image size would depend on the product grid item: the more products are in the row, the less product grid item width. You can change the number of the items in the row in the Theme Settings > Product Archives > Product grid.
