How to make text (link) or small image open as popup?

Hello!
Trying to put link inside text to open it as image popup – cant figure out how?
Also want same with one image inside text and another image to open as popup if clicked.
Didnt find answer to this in your forum.

1. Sorry to say that but this is not possible using Theme Options, You can not put a link inside text to open it as image popup, but you can use WoodMart element Pop Up and use Single Image inside it and set both as per your requirements, It will open Image Pop up when you click on Button as shown in the screenshots given below:

2. Again not same but you can achieve something most similar as you want using WoodMart element Image Hotspot and Hotspot under it and set those as per your requirements:

Otherwise, this is not possible and requires Customization.
