How to make this style of mega menu?

I know that its an HTML block, but what specific row settings did you use for this demo mega menu, and especially how did you get that image of the man to extend out beyond the menu? Very cool

1. is there a way you have it ‘off se’t so that it expands outside of the menu with transparent background?

2. How & where did you get those icons that appear next to the category titles? They are very nice.
