I have been trying to use the layout building feature to create a product archive page that displays only products that belong to a certain tag, in this case, I want products tagged with the tag, “handcrafted” to be the only products displayed on this product archive page. I have set the conditions for the page to include “Product term (category, tag, attribute)” and have set the tag to the handcrafted tag. I have attached a screenshot of this configuration.

When I do create the layout page, it creates it and just displays all of the products, and does not filter through and show only the desired tagged products. I have even tried a configuration where I set it to exclude all other products but it still keeps showing all of the products and not the ones I have tagged. How do I fix this? I have attached my website information if you desire it.

    Image 1: Configuration
Image 2: Products shown do not have the configured tag “handcrafted”
Image 3: No where to configure it on the widget itself.

    Hello,

Please use the product grid or carousel element and select the content type for your grid tag.

I have visited your site and made a new layout “Test layout”. Please check the layout and customize it as per your requirements.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards.

Thank you. Is there anyway to remove this URL slug? Is is currently (site).com/woodmart_layout/handcrafted/

I do not want the URL to have the “woodmart_layout” part. How can I remove that?

The page is not appearing on the site when not logged into the admin. I cannot figure out why, whenever I put the page URL in: https://ysare.com/woodmart_layout/handcrafted/ it redirects to the homepage and just does not show up.

    Hello,

Go to Setting > Permalink > change the permalink. Please read the below article on how to adjust custom permalinks:
    https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-custom-permalinks-in-wordpress/

update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 7.2.4 RELEASED” and update the required plugin and check the issue.

We hope this will resolve your issue and if not then please write back to us again and we will check again.

    Best Regards.

Neither are fixing what I need to be fixed. I have tried adjusting the permalink but it still still shows the /woodmart_layout/ (tag). I really do not want that /woodmart_layout/ part there.

The layout page shows up when logged into the admin, yet does not show up when not on the admin. Why is the page not showing up when not logged into the admin. Please help

    Hello,

    01. Hello, You need to delete the URL in your ThemeForest account and activate the license on the new domain.

    02. The user cannot view the layouts directly via a link. The user can click on the tag on the product page and see the layout.

    Best Regards.
