Studio_grafficParticipantHello,
1 – Could you tell me how to change “/” to “|” in breadcrumbs ?
2 – Is it possible to change the color of parent categories in the breadcrumbs and have this color automatically applied to the entire tree, including :Associated subcategories.
Category page titles.
Product titles belonging to these categories. For example
in red :
CatA/subcatA/productsubcatA
CatA/subcatA2/productsubcatA2`
…
in blue :
CatB/subcatB1/productsubcatB1
CatB/subcatB2/productsubcatB2
…thnaks

Hung PhamKeymasterHi Studio_graffic,
1. Please add the below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:
.wd-breadcrumbs span.wd-delimiter:after { content: "|"; }
2. Can you please describe in more details? Which categories you want to display in red or blue colors?

Studio_grafficParticipantHello, thank you
For the color exemple of breadcrumbs and categories in the link .
I haven’t yet decided on colors or names, but this is just an example. I’ll add the colors ( #) and the names of the category IDs if you can explain how to do it.
I’m very grateful in advance.
Thank youFebruary 16, 2025 at 12:08 pm #638421

Studio_grafficParticipantHello,
I would like to configure my site so that each parent category can have a designated color, and this color is automatically applied to:
1- All subcategories linked to that parent category
2- The titles of the products belonging to these categoriesRegardless of the category and assigned color, I want all subcategories and related products to automatically inherit the parent category’s color.
Could you please guide me on how to set this up ? Is this possible through the theme settings, or would it require custom code?
I have not yet created the categories on my woodmart site 😉
You should understand much better has the screenshot attached.Thank you in advance for your help!

Studio_grafficParticipantI don’t understand what I could say to you to make things clearer.
I would like a code to paste into the css that allows me to choose the colour of a category and have it apply to the rest of the sub-categories linked to the parent category, right down to the products and the product title.
