How to move HTML blocks at the bottom (just above the footer/of a category page?

    I want to move the HTML category description block at the end of a category page, How do I do that?
    I have attached a screenshot below. The red rectangle is the html block that I’d like to move above the footer.
    Please note that we have more than 10 different categories whose descriptions need to be moved to the bottom of category pages.
