How to move (or copy) the "Add to cart" button up

You have a great Theme which I like very much.
On the product page, 95% of users do not add to cart. The problem is, the “Add to cart” button is too far below (“below the fold”). This is a big problem on the mobile, because the user has to scroll far down before they can click to buy.
Can you tell me how I can copy the “Add to cart” button up, next to the product price – like this (or to move this button up)? https://ibb.co/dPc7yVf

Unfortunately, there is no option to move to add to cart button. Please consider using “Sticky add to cart” it would appear on the slight scroll. You can activate it in the Theme Settings > Product page.

Thanks! I tried the “Sticky add to cart” (including “On Mobile”) but it does not seem to work.
Possibly it is messed up by some plugins or code snippets I installed.
