How to organize portfolio

Hello,
We are a small team of wordpress devs who are looking to start selling soon. We really enjoy your templates. Our strategy is we take your templates customize them translate them and when a client want a website we just import their information. With time we customized more and more templates so in order to continue working we had to organize them. We figured out we wanted to structure them as a portfolio. Our team saw how you organized your templates and we decided that need something similar.
Something simple presenting our websites with categories icons and search bar.
Note that it’s for our use only we are not going to commercially use that portfolio it’s only for our team of developers. Is there a plugin that can help us with structuring this portfolio?

Login to dashboard > Projects > Category > Check the category or add a new category. Then, Navigate to Projects > Hover on the Project title and click on the quick edit link and select the category:
