Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family
:-)
.Yes, you need to reinstall everything to re-import the demo content again. Because after you reinstall then everything will be reset then you will be able to reimport the demo.
Best Regards.

skyfoxcomuaParticipantThe standard Woocommers import does not work, I reinstalled the site several times. He doesn’t see all of your dummy products.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have found that you have already imported the products. There is no issue to import the dummy products of Woocommerce. Also, you can use the WP All Import plugin on your site to import the products.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Yes, you can use that plugin for Export as well. You can read more about the plugin here in the documentation: https://www.wpallimport.com/woocommerce-product-export/
Otherwise, you can use the WP default Export option from Tools >> Export
Best Regards.

skyfoxcomuaParticipantSorry, but I mean the standard Woocommerce export doesn’t work, it doesn’t export all products correctly after I installed your fake products. Can you fix this problem?
Thanks for the answer.October 8, 2020 at 1:13 pm #231844
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.
Because the products import-export function is WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
Regard’s.

skyfoxcomuaParticipantIt’s not about your theme, it’s about importing your demo products. If you do not import your demo products, then the export of the Woocommerce works as it should.
Thanks for the answer.October 9, 2020 at 10:14 am #232007
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Could you please elaborate what issue you actually face with the products exporting And provide with the steps to reproduce the problem with the help of some relevant screenshots to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
Best Regards.

skyfoxcomuaParticipant1. I import your demo products through your import.
2. I export your demo products via the standard Woomers export.
3. I open the .csv file and see no products.PS: I gave you access to try to unload the goods yourself. I can give you ftp and sql access if necessary.
Thanks for your reply.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have logged into your website and checked with the default WordPress theme. And it behaves the same with the default WordPress theme. Which clears that the issue is not with our theme.
The issue is with WooCommerce it’s only exporting 10 products. You can try contacting WooCommerce support for further help.
Best Regards.
October 13, 2020 at 9:19 am #232870
skyfoxcomuaParticipantNo, it definitely isn’t.
The point is precisely in your theme, namely in the crooked import of your demo content.
When I delete your theme and all your products and put the default theme and demo of Woocommers products, the standard export works fine.
Why don’t you want to help me? Please eliminate the error of importing your demo products.
Thanks for the answer.October 13, 2020 at 1:04 pm #232934
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
How did you test that the problem is caused by our theme’s dummy products? Please, provide us a step by step instruction on how exactly we can test this also.
Kind Regards
October 15, 2020 at 5:41 am #233357
skyfoxcomuaParticipantOK
Install the site and your theme locally and upload your demo products and try to unload with the standard Vuukkomers export. Give me the screen that you downloaded the .csv file with all the demo products.
I understand that my one purchase does not solve much, but together we will make your theme better.
I hope you succeed.
Thanks for the answer.October 15, 2020 at 6:34 am #233369
Artem TemosKeymasterSure, we have tested this and it works well https://gyazo.com/6dc2712e99963d9d7c33c3cfc9a443aa

skyfoxcomuaParticipantSo, I installed the null site, and the Woocommerce plugin.
I manually added a test product and unloaded it to сsv, everything is fine, it unloaded.
Then I activated your theme and downloaded only your demo products.
I unloaded the сsv, everything is fine, all the goods are unloaded.
Thanks for helping me figure out where I had the problem.October 16, 2020 at 8:29 am #233722
Artem TemosKeymasterGreat, we are glad that you sorted it out.
