A few field you can hide through the Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Checkout.
But if you want to hide more fields, you can try to use the “Checkout field editor” plugin which opens up the possibility of hiding any field.

1. I have checked your “Checkout” page for availability of the “Delivery location” field and It looks like you sorted it out because I didn’t find it.
