how to remove '+' sign from the header

i have having a plus sign in my header above my logo (probably in the top bar) which i am unable to find a place for. (image attached) how can i remove it?

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website. This seems to be a third party plugin conflict issue.
Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme. Clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
