kevinfly007ParticipantHi WoodMart Team,
I have imported the Jewellery Demo on my website. Currently, there are two vertical lines running through the background of the homepage (as shown in the screenshot).
I have tried the following but couldn’t find the option:
Searched for “Body lines” in Theme Settings > General > Layout, but it’s not there.
Searched “lines” or “grid” in the Theme Settings search bar, but no results.
Checked Pages background, but no background image is set.
I want to completely remove these lines for a clean, minimalist look. Could you please guide me on where to disable this feature or provide the CSS code to hide them?
Thank you for your help!

The vertical lines you’re seeing are coming from the background image set on the container.
To remove them completely:
1. Edit the homepage in Elementor (or the page builder you are using).
2. Locate the main container/section where the lines appear.
3. Go to the Style tab.
4. Under Background, remove the background image that is creating these lines.Once you remove the background image, the lines will disappear

kevinfly007ParticipantHello,
I have replied to your request and provided the login credentials in this specific thread: https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/removing-vertical-line-from-jewellery-demo-front-page/
I have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve this myself. I opened the editor and checked every single container, but I simply cannot find the setting to remove those vertical lines and the yellow line on the homepage.
Please assist me directly in that thread since the login info is already there. I would appreciate it if you could help me clean up the UI and sync the background style as requested.
Thank you for your help.

kevinfly007ParticipantI need your professional help to adjust my website header to look exactly like the reference site provided below: Reference Link: https://johary-demo.myshopify.com/ Password to enter: demo
I have uploaded screenshots of the target layout. Please pay close attention to the parts I marked with RED BOXES and ARROWS. My goal is to change my entire header structure to match exactly what is shown in my screenshots and the reference link.
I have provided my website’s admin login details below. I am reaching out because I have tried to do this myself for a long time and found that I simply cannot achieve the result. I only ask for help when I have exhausted all my own efforts.
When I purchased this theme, it was promised that 6 months of technical support are included. I sincerely hope that this time, you can actually log into my backend and perform these adjustments for me, rather than just sending me documentation. I want to see that the technical support I paid for is a real and effective service.
I hope we can understand each other. I am a serious user building a professional brand, and I need your expertise to get this header right.

kevinfly007ParticipantIn addition, please help me adjust the font to be similar to the one on the example website I sent. Thank you.
January 17, 2026 at 9:50 am #704814Hello,
For the header settings please check back your site and check the header. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Regarding the font settings, You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your Custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography or in the basic font change the font similar to the reference site.
Here is the documentation providing more detailed instructions: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/advanced-typography-settings/

kevinfly007ParticipantI am very glad to see the actual changes on my website; thank you for that. However, could you please adjust the search bar size directly to match the target example? The current one is too wide and affects the visual appeal. I just tried adjusting it myself, but the changes didn’t take effect. The backend URL, username, and password remain the same. Thank you.
