How to remove this banner?

How to remove this banner that appears at the top. I went to theme settings >> shop but banner doesn’t exist there. I’ve also went to theme settings >> general >> head banner and switched it off but it’s still there

Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon) or you can go through admin bar directly https://prnt.sc/Ct9ehRDvvDV9.

Then, you can edit / remove top bar banner.

Where exactly is the option to remove that specific header? I’ve toggled a few buttons it’s not showing
